Medelic does not try to be the patient record. It sits in front of it: taking the request, taking the history, triaging, and preparing a coded summary for the clinical system your practice already uses.
Built against the EMIS IM1 FHIR R4 interface. IM1 assurance in progress.
SystmOne on the roadmap.
NHS Login integration built, awaiting approval.
Suggested SNOMED CT codes accompany the AI's differentials. Coded write-back to the record follows IM1 assurance.
Pharmacy First eligibility checks, referral creation and referral tracking are built for practice staff. Automatic routing to pharmacies is coming soon.
No NHS Login credential is issued yet. Integrations marked In Progress are not live in any practice.
IM1 (Interface Mechanism 1) is NHS England's standard interface mechanism for connecting products like Medelic to GP clinical systems. It is governed by NHS England, suppliers complete its assurance process before connecting to a live practice, and there is no practice-side cost for the interface.
